Mr. Satyadeep Srivastava holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and MBA with Project Management and taken a technical training on Solar Energy from IIT Chennai. He brings with him over 28 years of experience in the power and construction sector in handling end to end project execution and operations for Solar, Transmission & Distribution and Railway Electrification, Construction, financial and technical feasibility to Bidding, Detailed Engineering, Land aggregation, Statutory Clearances, Procurement and Construction, Operation and Maintenance areas. Some of his core competencies besides scaling businesses, has been to mentor and nurture ownership in teams in order to be self-driven, help provide strategic foresights, and oversee functioning of new and upcoming projects. He is a fitness enthusiast who believes in the ideals of a healthier mind & body.
Mr. Satyarth Prakash is working as Chief Operating Officer in Secure group since 2012. Satyarth Prakash holds MBA with Marketing & IT, MCSE, CCNA, Diploma in Electronics Engineering. He brings with him over 24 years of experience in the Telecommunication, IT and construction sector in handling end to end project execution and operations for Telecom, Solar, Railway Electrification, Construction, Statutory Clearances, Procurement and Construction, Operation and Maintenance areas. He believes in leveraging his vast experience in the sector to help business growth & development and succeed in complex environments. He truly believes in committing himself towards nurturing and developing business, building strong and efficient teams and equipping them with tools and process to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness.
Miss Moumita Roy holds a degree in LAW and being an advocate with over 5 years plus of experience, she has developed a deep understanding of a gamut of legal areas, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, civil cases, criminal cases and employment law. Dedicated professional with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Always compassionate and attentive to needs of clients. Expert at adapting extensive legal knowledge to meet specific subject requirements. She has also more than 9 years of exposure to developing and implementing effective compliance program and she is well conversant about PF, P.Tax, ESIC, Tax, LWF, Maternity, Payment of Wages, CLRA and Minimum Wages. She can well liaison with external auditor and HR as and when required and also has clear understanding of new labour License formalities.
Mr. Vikash Kumar Chaudhary is the Chief Finance Officer of Secure Group since 2012. He is well-known for his leadership and proficiency in almost all areas of finance. He has exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to investigate and understand what the company demands, as well as generate thorough reports for external organizations while maintaining strict deadlines. He is an expert in multi-tasking and can handle numerous projects at the same time in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. He is a team-player and boasts strong collaboration abilities as well as the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
Mr. Abhimanyu Agarwal holds a degree in PGPM(Post Graduate programme in management ) in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He began his professional journey from Maruti Suzuki Limited as an accounts payable Executive for a year and a half, and then moved to Indus Towers Limited (Erst Bharti Infratel Limited), and spent 15 years (From Jul 2008 to Till 12th May 2023) after which he joined Secure Group. His extensive experience during his work brings along a wealth of expertise. He had also played a significant role in closure of huge arrears of electricity bill from State Electricity Board UP and avoid dispute and litigation between company and State Electricity board. He had also implemented flawless processes in the operation department as a value addition in operational efficiency and time management.
