We are Secure Infratech Finserv and Securities Limited (SIFSL), formerly known as Secure Facility & Infra Security Limited. Founded in 2012 by Mr. Vivek Kumar Agarwal, as a limited company providing diverse range of services in the field of Telecom, Digital Highway (Job – Portable, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management), and FMS & BMS today, SIFSL encompasses diverse areas of operations like TSP, TM, TS and I & C etc in Telecom, including Solar and government projects.

Our team consists of experts in the field of Telecommunications for Project Management, Electrical, Civil and Mechanical, Operation and Repair & Maintenance of Cell Site, Plant & Machinery including Warehouse for Material Handling, and Finance, Commercial & HR/IR. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, SIFSL is well-prepared to handle a wide range of projects efficiently and deliver exceptional results.
We are a firm believer that diversifying our operation can only reap us benefits- that of the untapped or often less trodden business domains. Hence we also deal in Import, Export and Trading of Agricultural products (for ex. Rice, Wheat, Husk and etc.) SIFSL is planning to come in new segment in collaboration with KHETAN JI TRADING CO. L.L.C, based in DUBAI, expertise in Import, Export and Trading of Textile.
We are also currently engaged in the coal mining industry for execution of work of coal transportation, water sprinkle, soil excavation, civil work, electric work, etc. SIFSL is also engaged in government institutional companies (For ex. IRCTC, Jal Kal Bibagh Nagar Nigam – Kanpur, Eastern Coalfields Limited and etc.)

Mr. Satyadeep Srivastava holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and MBA with Project Management and taken a technical training on Solar Energy from IIT Chennai. He brings with him over 28 years of experience in the power and construction sector in handling end to end project execution and operations for Solar, Transmission & Distribution and Railway Electrification, Construction, financial and technical feasibility to Bidding, Detailed Engineering, Land aggregation, Statutory Clearances, Procurement and Construction, Operation and Maintenance areas. Some of his core competencies besides scaling businesses, has been to mentor and nurture ownership in teams in order to be self-driven, help provide strategic foresights, and oversee functioning of new and upcoming projects. He is a fitness enthusiast who believes in the ideals of a healthier mind & body.
Mr. Satyarth Prakash is working as Chief Operating Officer in Secure group since 2012. Satyarth Prakash holds MBA with Marketing & IT, MCSE, CCNA, Diploma in Electronics Engineering. He brings with him over 24 years of experience in the Telecommunication, IT and construction sector in handling end to end project execution and operations for Telecom, Solar, Railway Electrification, Construction, Statutory Clearances, Procurement and Construction, Operation and Maintenance areas. He believes in leveraging his vast experience in the sector to help business growth & development and succeed in complex environments. He truly believes in committing himself towards nurturing and developing business, building strong and efficient teams and equipping them with tools and process to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness.
Mrs. Nandita Nandi holds a Master’s degree in Literature and brings with her over 20 years of experience in crafting timely, informative and factual stories with attention to complexity and nuance. Her extensive experience in freelancing and established publications has made her super adaptable in print as well as digital media. Committed to upholding high standards of journalistic integrity and ethical conduct, she is a self-motivated journalist having 20+ years of experiences in multiple business like International Fashion Designing And Marketing, Freelance Journalist, Caliber Singing, Restaurant Business, Event Managements, Building Promotion, Tutoring Orators, & Trade Union Arbitration. She is also a poet.
Mr. Vikash Kumar Chaudhary is the Chief Finance Officer of Secure Group since 2012. He is well-known for his leadership and proficiency in almost all areas of finance. He has exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to investigate and understand what the company demands, as well as generate thorough reports for external organizations while maintaining strict deadlines. He is an expert in multi-tasking and can handle numerous projects at the same time in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. He is a team-player and boasts strong collaboration abilities as well as the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.
Mr. Abhimanyu Agarwal holds a degree in PGPM(Post Graduate programme in management ) in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He began his professional journey from Maruti Suzuki Limited as an accounts payable Executive for a year and a half, and then moved to Indus Towers Limited (Erst Bharti Infratel Limited), and spent 15 years (From Jul 2008 to Till 12th May 2023) after which he joined Secure Group. His extensive experience during his work brings along a wealth of expertise. He had also played a significant role in closure of huge arrears of electricity bill from State Electricity Board UP and avoid dispute and litigation between company and State Electricity board. He had also implemented flawless processes in the operation department as a value addition in operational efficiency and time management.
